Help

Acceptable forms of proof are as follows.

Veteran

As a veteran, or part-time National Guard or Reservist, you can show your DD Form 214 with your military service dates, or a current military ID card if you’re still on active duty or a member of the National Guard or Reserves.

Service Dog

Provide documentation about the needs your service dog meets, along with contact information for the trainer or training organization.

Emotional Support Animal (ESA)

Proof for an ESA is an official letter from a licensed mental health professional. The letter should confirm that the owner has a qualifying mental health condition and that the pet helps manage it. It must also include the owner’s name, date of birth, and the name and certificate or license number of the pet.

What happens to the information I send you?

Once your proof is validated, we delete it. FoundCall does not keep any records or files related to your proof after it’s confirmed.
